Common questions
How do I know if I have rats or mice?
Size is the giveaway. Rat droppings are around 12–18mm, capsule-shaped with blunt ends; mouse droppings are 3–6mm with pointed ends. Rats also leave heavier gnaw marks and louder ceiling noises.
Are baits safe around pets?
Professional stations are locked, anchored and placed where pets cannot reach them. Correct placement by someone who understands rat runs is what keeps non-target animals safe.
